      Candidatura

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Visualise Scotland (Edimburgo, Escócia).

      Entrevista

I applied online for the position of Healthcare Assistant at You Visualise in Edinburgh. The application process was straightforward and took approximately 2 weeks from submission to interview scheduling. Communication from the recruitment team was professional and timely, and I received clear information about the interview format in advance. The interview was conducted in-person by a member of the HR team. It lasted around [approximate duration 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and supportive, which helped to reduce initial nerves. They asked questions focused on: My previous care experience or any relevant transferable skills How I handle challenging situations with patients Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality Ability to work in a team and under pressure Scenarios such as: How would you support a service user who becomes distressed? What would you do if you noticed signs of neglect or abuse? They also asked about availability for shifts, willingness to travel locally, and why I wanted to work with You Visualise. The interview was of moderate difficulty, particularly the scenario-based questions, but overall manageable if you have prior care experience or strong communication skills. They explained the role expectations clearly and discussed training and support provided. I found the overall experience positive and informative. The interviewers were respectful and gave me the opportunity to ask questions at the end. I appreciated their emphasis on person-centred care and professional development. Still awaiting response
