I applied for an Accounting / Finance Manager role at VitaTek and had one of the most disorganized interview experiences I’ve ever been through. The first few team members I spoke with were polite, but the leadership-level scheduling was extremely unreliable. My final interview was scheduled, rescheduled, then cancelled last minute, more than once. One meeting was completely missed without notice, and the follow-up communication came only after I reached out. After all the rescheduling and no-shows, I received a very brief rejection email. This experience made it clear that the company’s internal coordination and respect for candidates’ time is lacking. If the interview process is this unstructured, it raises serious concerns about how the company operates internally and how employees are treated day-to-day. Candidates should be aware that communication delays, missed meetings, and last-minute changes seem to be part of the process here. I would recommend having low expectations for organization and professionalism if you choose to interview.
