Entrevista
First straightforward interview with HR, then Department Head for semi technical round focusing more about our expertise. Next comes Design challenge totally out of concept for position requirements, includes 10 -11 questions from scientific research paper and gave 2 days to prepare in presentation format- Worst part it was weekend. No immediate response, Responded week after follow up text but via just phone call saying there was technical differences. No official mails or constructed rejection.

Tell me about yourself and why you chose to apply here
Initially there is an HR interview. Then there was interview with department head, who looked out of sorts on technical aspects. Then there was this design challenge. It appears they are fishing for new ideas through this design challenge. Many of the jobs posted are ghost jobs which they keep reposting to give a feel that the company is expanding

Entrevista
The interview process stretched over several months. Overall, this company’s hiring process is very disorganized and it makes you undergo at least four interview rounds. The most exhausting round was the design challenge (third round). Specifically, this round requires candidates to spend three days to read a peer-reviewed article and answer a lengthy list of questions. Afterward, you have to present your design challenge to a panel of industry scientists. At the end, this company simply ghosts you once you are not selected… Please show more human decency.
