1-hr written assessment to answer either one of the two shared services related questions. A pdf copy of Accenture's report on shared services in the public sector will be emailed to shortlisted candidate prior the assessment. The written assessment was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, HOD and a HR manager.

Entrevista
Slow process, disinterested and disengaged. But this seems to be the norm for the public service. Should have known better. Waited so long for an interview, waited even longer to be rejected.
