After applying online I got a reply by email in 3 weeks, then I had phone interviews with HR and Staffing Manager during next week. After interview I was asked to make a test online. nothing special. I had to search information in internet, analyze it and make a brief within 1 hour. I was told in about 2 weeks that they hire me. After then I waited for 2 months until I had in-person training with other candidates. HR manager was very professional and nice. Interview with Staffing manager was more like a "small talk".

It was easygoing. 2 interviews - one with recruiter and one with team. It wasn't a lot technical questions as company provides trainings on role. I guess it's a perfect job to enter IT recruiting

I applied online and I was shortly invited for a skype session with a couple of current recruiters to assess my motivations, basic competencies and ability to balance other responsibilities with the job. Plus questions about my background, past and future. Was then explained how the training process would work and what is expected of me.
