I was interviewed four times. 1. Recruiter 2. Director 3. Project Manager 4. Director Recruiter reached out to me requesting to schedule a call. We met and things were cordial and easy and nice. I talked about my experience, then I got moved to second interview with a Director. We scheduled and met, got moved to third interview with the PM and we met. Weird statement that PM made to me at the end of the interview “Ok, I said all the items/point I was told to make. “ Then I got moved to Fourth and final interview with another Director. At this time I thought, I was good and they like me. We finished the interview and I asked what are the next steps. I was told that the recruiter would be in contact with me. I waited 7 days, no email. I waited again for another 7 days and no email. I followed up and no email. At this time, I’m trying to understand what happened. After coming to terms with it, I finally accepted that I was ghosted by this employer after 4 levels of interview with no status update or rejection email. This my first time experiencing being ghosted after a four level interviews. It was unprofessional and I’m glad I experienced this type of treatment as a candidate rather than an employee.
