Interview went extremely well. However, that is the only good thing about it. Inexperienced recruiters that are younger than my kids don't even know how different departments function. Vitera is a really good place to work but I think employees especially recruiters that don't know anything will definitely tarnish Vitera/Greenway's good reputation.
