I applied on the website and a received an email from M. F. confirming my salary expectancy and her willingness to set up an interview. Then nothing. Complete ghosting. Although and she was one week on PTO and this is complete understandable that she wouldn’t reply, 2 inter week follow ups, one phone call attempt, and 1 month later I have not even received a rejection email. I was interested in joining this company because of the score it has, the good reviews and, that I deeply believe that this company really operates in a world that matters. Given this interaction I have a bittersweet taste.
