First interview was 2 hours away with a placement agency. Nothing abnormal was discussed and it was more like 2 people having a discussion as opposed to a lot of STAR/behavioral based questions. Second interview was 6 hours onsite including lunch and was more informational although the plant manager and operations manager did ask some direct questions regarding my background.
