I spoke with the manager a few times on the phone before interviewing. The interview was about an hour, like she had said. The questions were very run of the mill- talked about myself, basics of the job. Friendly experience.
Everyone was warm and friendly. They ask a lot of questions but you can tell it’s because they want to be thorough. There are 3-4 steps in the process from a phone call to going in spa.
