Starts with informational session where candidates are encouraged to come in and ask questions. If you decide you want to work with them, then you are given an interview and if they like you, a 2nd interview. The interviews were mostly informal (be need to wear a suit), and the questions were lastly about you and why you would be a good fit there. Not high pressure and not overly difficult questions-pretty standard stuff.
I was told on my 2nd interview that they liked me a lot and they communicated pretty clearly to me that they would be making an offer in a day or two. Then, no offer, no follow up with them whatsoever. It was not a huge deal because I was going to decline the offer due to the hours (part time working evenings). But I thought it was highly unprofessional to say we will offer you a job and not do so. Only say that when you are positive!
