I was invited to a group interview by Marnie and as soon as I got there and I met her I felt so comfortable! Everyone was quiet, but marnie told everyone to chat and be friendly with one another. I thought that was awesome that she wanted everyone to be comfortable and included. From there, we talked about the role, but mostly about where we came from in terms of background! At the end of the interview Marnie took us on a tour of the office and we saw a lot of the employees in their roles. Marnie made a process that is usually boring and stressful, a super enjoyable and relaxing experience that really showed off Vivax’s amazing culture. Next, Marnie emailed me for a follow up interview and I met with a few of the sales managers. Everyone had the same positive attitude throughout the entire process, so when I received a call for the position I was ecstatic!

Standard interview questions. It was going very well until the Sales Manager started to figure out my age. It quickly became clear they had no interest hiring a person over 30 Very disappointed.
