From there, she proceeded to ghost me for over a month. I followed up 3-4 times, and finally she got back to me and said I'd get an answer soon.....only to receive a templated rejection email. I responded asking for some feedback and got none
Deeply unpleasant and unprofessional process. This level of organization and communication should make any candidate hesitant to join Vivian
