      Entrevista

      I had a virtual interview with the CEO who was very friendly and EXTREMELY chatty. What could and should have been a 10-15 minute initial interview took nearly an hour. It was exhausting. In the end, I learned that this position is not at all how it is advertised on job boards. It is a well disguised sales job for minimum wage. You will be that annoying person standing near the exit at Costco trying to get people to reface their kitchen cabinets. The real nail in the coffin though was the fact that the CEO disclosed she is on the same base pay + commission structure as her employees. Everything about this screams MLM scam.

      Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We appreciate the compliments to our CEO she is in fact very friendly and kind. Additionally, we will look into our interview processes to see if there are ways to shorten it as we can see your point; however, some interviews are lengthy and that is part of the process. We could easily shorten it and then get criticized for doing so as there are pros and cons to every situation. Furthermore, we will look into our job listings as you mention they seem deceiving. The position itself is for lead generation which is a precursor to the sales process. As far as minimum wage, every position has a competitive base salary with weekly bonuses and incentives. Most if not all of our employees receive considerable bonuses every week. The idea is not for someone to just receive the base salary, but earn the bonuses. As far as the CEO pay it seems there may have been some confusion there perhaps this was in reference to the fact that our CEO started in the same position for which you interviewed for and earned her way into the position she's in now in which she dictates her own pay. Furthermore, we encourage you to do more research about things in which you may not be familiar with. We understand that if you've never heard of something before the inclination to look down upon it or deem it sketchy or a scam. A base and incentives pay structure is just simply a different pay structure than you may be familiar with that does not make it a scam. Additionally, multi-level marketing is another form of marketing again which you may not be familiar with. In that structure employees are required to pay to cover the product they sell prior to gaining employment. With our firm we pay our employees even for training and don't require them to pay for anything. Again, we are sorry that you had a negative experience with our firm and we wish you the best of luck on your job search. We hope that you like us learned something from this experience. Thank you!       I applied online, got a text the next day to schedule a Zoom interview, once i logged on it was a Group Interview, they asked standard interview questions, after I got a second interview but didn't continue through with the process I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, the job is standing outside of costco and selling stuff, its 13 bucks an hour or commission only if you made more than 13 an hour for the day

      Hello there, Let's clarify some things: 1. The candidates are always notified about the interview processes through the entire process to make sure they have all the knowledge to help them prepare for the interview - First as well as second round interviews. 2. Any company you interview for has their own qualifications they are looking for in the "Right Candidate" unfortunately that did not happen to be you which is all good. :) 3. Every bit of information you have mentioned regarding the responsibilities and the compensation on your review is false... which to be clear is against the guidelines of Glassdoor. I think it is very important that we do our research and maybe even take notes on the information given out during the interview processes so that we have accurate facts before we feel the need to falsify anything our viewers on Glassdoor. I do, however, hope that you have found the right fit for yourself and wish you nothing but positivity and success! :)
