The interviewing team is mostly chemists, I gave a presentation at the beginning followed by individual interview sessions of 30min with two chemists at a time. Finishing with Hiring manager and HR.

Entrevista
This is the first-round of interview. The interview started well, but then it turned weird and harsh when the hiring manager started to criticize almost all my answers. Apparently he also didn't have the patience to wait for me to finish my response and ask more questions. During the entire interview, the interviewer is rude, impatient and showed discrimination against a non-native speaker.

Entrevista
My interview was online. I presented my previous research first and then met with small groups of team members throughout the rest of the day. The team was friendly and asked a lot of questions. They also gave me time to ask them what it is like to work at Vividion. It was a positive experience overall.
