I applied on Indeed and was e-mailed back by a designer within a couple of days. I set up an interview date and time. On the interview day, I was asked a couple of questions and was hired immediately on the spot. The interview was a little informal.

The employer went over my resume and asked questions according to my experience. Having a fashion background is important but not too necessary. It is important to know what you are able to contribute to the company.
