Entrevista
I was referred by a neighbor. Had two interviews. First interview was with two technical leads, but the interview was not overly technical. Second interview was with their boss, who is not technical, and mostly was about compensation. Neither interview was as technical as I expected. Since my interview, they have changed the hiring process a bit and I think it is even less technical and/or by non-technical people.

Entrevista
First call with recruiter went well, Second call with hiring manager also went well. However, there was zero follow up after the interview, and when I reached out to get an update from both the recruiter and manager, there was no response.

Phone screen, Video Chat with manager and a tech interview. Questions were not unreasonable. Overall friendly yet aggressive process. I dont have any other words to say, just have to hit 30.

phone interview, video online coding, onsite interview. everyone in team is nice. last interview is video. beautiful office. got phone call after one week or more told me did not get an offer.
