First you get a phone interview and if it's an interest is shown, they will invite you to a in person with a recruiter and a field manager. They both ask you average interview questions.

Process was via MS teams, so I had to download and install that. I was dressed business casual for the interview and the interviewer was wearing a Beanie and sweatshirt. Interview went well and seemed like I was going to get hired, I was told I was exactly what he was looking for. I was told someone would reach out by the end of the week, nobody did. I had to reach out and find out they hired someone else.
