Telephone interview is first and if you pass that then you move on to in person interview. Before the interviews you have to upload your resume online for the position sought after. In person interviews are made by two different managers at different times. They both have different questions. Dress for the occasion. After the interview you will be contacted whether or not you got the job. There are about 150 applicants per month. The culture is laid back. Business casual. Great atmosphere and people.
