Entrevista
One phone screen, One zoom interview, One in-person interview.
Pretty standard, nothing particularly difficult.
I really enjoyed the interviews and meeting everyone but I out a neutral (bordering on negative) experience because when I got my rejection letter it was a very impersonal “we’ve decided to move forward in the process with better qualified candidates” copy and paste letter that was better suited for someone who had a failed resume, not someone who made it to the final rounds. I really loved meeting everyone, so it left a bad taste in my mouth that they couldn’t take the time to at least be a little more personal with the rejection.
They advertised it as fully remote, but in the interview said it was hybrid with 1 day in the office. I do not live close enough to SF to do that, so basically a bait and switch and waste of time. Also there are like 5 rounds of interviews, which is crazy.

Can you come into the office once a week even though we said it was fully remote in the job listing?

Very well done, asked great questions, follow up was nicer. Professional. All that jazz. Understood the position. And so on. I’m running out of words. Let me in. Oh come on
