Entrevista
Initial call with the recruiter to explain role, culture, compensation, followed by a friendly and relative informal competency based interview with the CTO and a final interview with the hiring manager.
The process was fairly quick, with good communication.
Questions focussed on understanding my background and fit for the role, and included testing my motivation for applying.
Got to the last two and after a few days had a helpful call with feedback explaining why the other candidate was offered.
Overall, a positive experience, and I would definitely consider applying for similar Mastercard or Vocalink role in the future.

Process started well and managed to get to the final stage. However, received no feedback after the interview. Had to follow up myself. Only received bog standard email about not being successful.
Would suggest apply for Mastercard roles rather than subsidiaries. Staff and process seemed better in my opinion.

Interview process overall was good overall.
The recruiter needed a little pushing for information on when i would receive equipment, but that's been a normal experience with all companies I interviewed for.
