Quick interview process, little questions on clinical knowledge. Ask what caseload sizes are and ask what the case management will be if you work with K-6. Set boundaries on caseload size: 50-60 max.
The process felt rushed, and I was pressured to sign the offer letter. The recruiter was nice and understanding, but couldn't negotiate an offer in the range I wanted and needed. Actual interview is with the school.
