had a phone interview after applying online i was asked questions about my background and previous employment i then had a 1:1 interview with a store manager and was asked again about my background and why i wanted to work for the companya nd what i could bring to the table. I was also asked about problematic situations with customers or fellow employees i was also asked about meeting targets and my views about how to go about doing so.

I applied for this job online and then the next day the guy called me up to book me in for a telephone interview for the next day and then he asked me some qs but he kept talking over me like he wanted to get it over with so it only lasted 9 mins cos wasn't interested in me so didn't give me an in person interview.
