The interview was simple and focused on real experience. It started with a video call with a recruiter who asked about my past work, why I wanted this role and if I was comfortable with a physically demanding job.
They also asked how I handle customer objections and about a time I didn’t meet a target, including what I did to improve. The questions were straightforward and mainly checked my attitude, resilience and ability to work in sales.
Overall, it felt like they were more interested in mindset and real life examples.
