Online application initially, moving to a telephone consultation/interview. The recruitment team were excellent, great people, easy to talk to, both informative and energetic - these guys deserve some real credit, they got me engaged and interested. Progressed to a 2nd stage face to face interview which was incredibly positive, open and honest approach and style, great questions which felt very natural and relevant to the role and organisation. The whole process and experience made me feel like I was dealing with genuine people, ultimately that's what made my mind up, as soon as they made an offer, I accepted and I'm glad I did... absolute first class recruitment and people orientation, a great experience.

Three stage process, competency based interview followed by a presentation specifically to the role I applied for, this was followed by question and answers. and then finally a 2nd interview with the hiring managers line manager
Well thought through
But long winded

Pre covid interviews would be on specific site
Interviews mostly conducted now via Microsoft
teams in the virtual environment
