Entrevista
Received a call from a job placement and agreed to attend the interview. The above mentioned tests/rounds were conducted by the HR and Ops Team. Finally discussed about the package and then documentations were done. Background checks were done very thoroughly by external and internal agencies.

Entrevista
Was advised I would have a telephone interview and if successful a be invited to a face to face interview. Telephone interview never took place and had to chase for updates, to be told I had progressed to a face to face interview. Again had to chase for date and time of interview. On the day, the interview was split into 2, 1 part being a role play (an appraisal session with a new team member) and the other part being CV scrutiny/example based questions. Once all this was completed, I was advised I would likely hear in about 2 weeks (about a week after the last interviews). Again had to chase for an update (I contacted around about 3 weeks after the original interview) and was finally given an update 4 weeks after the interview to say that the job had been put on hold and i would be contacted with a further update. Now it is nearly 2 months after my original interview date and havent heard anything (I'm still seeing the job advertised on a few job sites). Overall, the lack of updates has meant the experience has been poor (the exception was the face to face session which was well organised and the recruitment person who met me to be friendly and knowledgable). I applied to vodafone last year for a TM role and was again frustrated by the lack of updates and communication. I went against my intuituon and applied this time, when i've felt this has been a wasted experience (no feedback so far and lack of updates regarding job)
