Na sturen van CV en cijferlijsten werd een online assessment gestuurd die in 3 dagen ingevuld moest worden. In de online assessement werd in 3 onderdelen gekeken naar jouw geschiktheid voor de functie. De onderdelen: 5 vragen waar je het antwoord moet filmen. 24 vragen mbt inzicht en logisch redeneren en 15 situatie schetsen waar je het beste en slechtste antwoord moet geven.

The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.
