I was contacted in the same day that I did my application for the position by a recruiter company that works with Vodafone and we scheduled a video call. In the interview, after some clarification about the position, she showed me a document with 3 themes about some technologies. I then had to choose one and prepare a 10 minute presentation about that theme, including the technology to use, marketing strategy and costs. I had 30 minutes to prepare the presentation. After that, she asked me some questions about my presentation. Then, she asked me 3 questions about my experiences, professional or academic, for example: tell me an example of a difficult situation that you faced and you had to change your approach so you could overcome it.
2 weeks after, I was contacted by HR person and scheduled a video call. In that video call there was a HR person as well as the responsible for the position. Got some more clarification about the position, had to talk a little bit in english. Then they asked me some questions about my dissertation and my past experience. Then they asked me other questions like: why vodafone, where do I see myself in the next 5 years.
2 days later I got the offer. I also had to answer some questions on a site, questions about logic and others about how I would response to a problem at vodafone. After that, I recorded a video answering 5 more questions and my application was done.
