Firstly, He talked to me about my Education status. Secondly I asked to Introduce myself and some general questions. Thirdly I have been given the feedback of the interview and assessed my answers.

Professional outlook, overall positive experience. The interview was fully structured, with a quick assessment, the actual interview and a roleplay. They explained in details the position and were open to discussion, by answering clearly all the questions.

The person did not know anything about my CV or did not take the time to go over the job description. I had to wait for the HR representatives to get her affairs in order. While in the interview, she seemed unprofessional and underprepared
