Very straightforward. Hand in a CV, do the Video Interview answering a few questions based on experiences & skills, then there's a Group Interview to present something, then a personal Presentation and 1-1 Interview about yourself and why you want to work there.
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
