F2F interview with hr department and the hiring manager .it was a friendly process with way going persons. Mainly wanted to understand my previous experiences and how I can manage weirdos by phone
I applied through referral. They called m for the direct interview process. They had 2 rounds with Manager and Rm. It took 2days to complete the process. Overall it was good and professional.
