The interview itself was an ok experience, there was only a team lead present, she was kind but only asked very generic questions. I think she was only interested to know if I am willing to go lower on my salary expectations (the desired salary was sligthly, but surely not well above the range). I didn’t give my best during this interview and I don’t think I would have hired myself based on this performance. However, it was really disappointing that they never sent me a rejection email afterwards. I saw the same position advertised for a really long time after this interview and I think that unsuccessful candidates should have been informed at least. This does not give me a good impression of the company, I would not apply for their open positions again.
