Entrevista
It was a really friendly environment and did a good job of welcoming everyone. There were 20-30 other interviewees and I remember they had 4 positions. It consisted of a group task, individual interview and individual task. The group task was about Net Promoter Scores and working on a team, make sure to include everyone in the group, I think that is where in hindsight I stumbled. The individual task I believe was about engaging a potential stakeholder and selling the product to them or persuading them it would be a good investment opportunity. I enjoyed all of the tasks and everything is open plan. It was the first assessment centre I did in person which I think really helped in the grad scheme application process.
They also gave feedback, though I had to wait a while for it, which I appreciated.

I don't remember anything particularly challenging, but the guy was very friendly he was very passionate about his area and I enjoyed the conversion.
5 questions asked, fairly straightforward and easy. Then asked to complete two online assessments afterwards which didn’t take long. Got to re-record answer and was given two minutes

Same as other large company interviews. Based online, interviewees were asked about their past experiences and then proceeded with a section on games focused on finding patterns. The process itself was not difficult or time-consuming, however, I would prepare some practice questions before attempting-- to sound confident and prepared.

Entrevista
The Assessment Centre had group, individual then a 1 on 1 interview.
Each task lasted around 45 minutes in total, with plenty of breaks in-between. My session started in the morning with lunch provided after. Great experience all-round.
