very slow and tedious .lack of clear communication by Hr had 3 rounds of interview including competency based.first round was very good. Hr was unsupportive with no clues abt they were recruiting for

applied directly from an ad on the job board indeed. Sent application and was called for phone interview with HR. Thee had a interview with hiring manager but didn't make a call back for 2nd interview.

Why do capital expenditures increase assets (PP&E), while other cash outflows, like paying salary, taxes, etc., do not create any asset, and instead instantly create an expense on the income statement that reduces equity via retained earnings?
