Entrevista
The resume was shortlisted, got a call from HR and telephonic interview was arranged.
Questions started from basic technical knowledge to call flows & various other related questions.
After Telephonic interview, they have arranged for Interview thru Video Conferencing.
This interview was taken first by Manager, then CTO & at last by HR.
This time questions asked were not that deep, questions were more related to present experience.

Technical questions can range from basic to very deep. But they expect a level of knowledge for the position they are offering. Like for Engineer they do not expect that much technical expertise than for an Assistant Manager position. Interviews are structured. They can ask anything from your resume. I Have mentioned some details of the reports i used to prepare in previous company from that they have asked many terms, those were tricky questions.
