Had an initial telephonic round, which was conducted by some third party after which I was called for a face to face interview. Had 2 rounds of interview with the HR and the marketing head. HR Interview: He will ask for our educational certificate to be submitted if selected. He claimed that it was the norm for educational institutions as per university rule. (Found that it was a false statement when I enquired with friends working in other educational Institutions). Too much negotiation for salary - Told that part of my salary will be incentive, which will be paid once in 3 months (This is not a practice in Digital Marketing Field). and that amount will not be added into CTC. The salary offered over telephone was not offered when went there for f2f interview. Interview With marketing Head: Told that I will be having targets of getting 4 to 5 keywords every month in the fisrt page SERP. Using only SEO (no paid promotions). The incentive mentioned will be given based on getting new keywords to 1st position every month.
