This was one of the oddest interview processes I was involved with. The phone interview seemed rather standard apart from the typing test for a technical support position, but the in-person was handled pretty poorly. I was invited into the office only to speak with one of the employees there for about 15 minutes before I was placed in front of a laptop to have a Google Hangouts call with one of the interviewers who was based in another state (Florida I think). The remote interviewer was clearly reading from a question bank he had on his side and refused to provide any further details on the position until they had approved me to pass this step in the process. During this Hangouts call, I was required to type notes on a Word document while sharing the entire laptop's screen so that they could "judge my note-taking skills." The remote interviewer also came off as a little condescending on some of my answers and the way I wrote notes because from what I could tell, he had them all saved on his screen. This interview did not seem authentic to me and I do not recommend this company.
