Interview was probably the easiest I have ever had. Overall atmosphere seemed okay. I had an over the phone screening, then in person interview with the manager and HR followed by a second in person interview with the CEO and the tech team. I got the feeling from the team that there was concern about job security. Once I received the offer, the salary was a lot lower than my salary at the time. After asking to match my salary, the company offered the position to someone else and retracted my offer.
