I recently interviewed with this company and had a disappointing experience. I went through two rounds of interviews, invested significant time preparing, and received positive signals during the process. However, after the final round, there was no communication at all—no update, no feedback, and no response to follow-ups. Ghosting candidates after multiple interview rounds reflects poorly on a company’s professionalism and respect for applicants’ time. A simple rejection or update would have been appreciated. I would encourage the hiring team to improve their communication process and candidate experience. Until then, candidates should be aware of this behavior when considering opportunities here.

I completed both L1 and L2 rounds of the interview, and the overall process was smooth. I also had an HR discussion, during which I was told I would receive the offer letter within 11 days. However, I haven't received the offer yet, and the HR is not responding to calls. My takeaway: Don’t fully trust the process until you have the offer letter in hand.
