Step 2: TDD pairprogramming of a data structure class with add(), isEmpty(), etc. Step 3: Whole day with different teams every two hours. Step 4: standart HR interview

Interviewer: Let’s start with something simple. Can you solve this array problem?
Question: Given an array, how do you find the maximum element?
Interviewer: Can you briefly describe your current project?
Follow-up: What are your roles and responsibilities in it?
Follow-up: Which technologies are you using in this project?
Der Bewerber wird begrüßt, stellt sich kurz vor und schildert seinen Werdegang. Danach erläutert der Personaler Aufgaben, Erwartungen und Firmenkultur. Es folgen Fachfragen, situative Beispiele, Rückfragen des Bewerbers und abschließend die Klärung weiterer Schritte.

Entrevista
In the first round of the interview, I was asked questions on Core Java, Java 8 features, and multithreading. I was also given a few code snippets to analyze and explain. Additionally, there were questions related to Spring Boot, such as the annotations used in my project, and Hibernate caching levels. The round concluded with a DSA question.
