I got a phone call initially asking why i would want to work in the role to than getting asked to come in for a face to face interview the same week. Interview was structured well and the interviewers were with a senior team member and the team lead whom was laidback. The only con was that when i asked for feedback and did not get that from the HR person and was simply ghosted.
