The company was very thorough in their discussions and knowledge checks. I had several phone and 30 minute meetings with the leadership team. They also provided a dummy data set and asked to present findings and approach in a one hour on-site with several team members.
The process was designed to test foundational knowledge of the company as well as comfort with data.
Overall, very positive experience and certainly appreciate the time and thoroughness to make sure potential candidates are well screened.

Entrevista
I was referred for the intern position by a former employee, so I did not have to submit a formal application. There were 3 interviews, 2 with a higher-up in Marketing and 1 with a higher-up in Strategy. The first interview was a typical phone screening, gauging interest and knowledge in Tech. The next 2 interviews focused on strategy, asking me directly what ideas I had for strengthening Marketing efforts, especially online. One interview was a Skype call that lasted 1 hour.
