In the start, interview questions were easy, and she seemed satisfied. but later she started asking me system design questions. I was not able to answer them, as I do not know system design in depth.

The process is pretty straight forward. I applied online without any referral. One online assessment which had two easy questions to be solved using javascript only. Then interviews follow (i don't know how many rounds).
