Applied via email as fresh grad, on late February to HR. I had a phone call with HR to talk more about myself, types of company i will work, discuss remunerations. Second interview via virtual will be with infra manager and team, discuss more about myself, technical questions, job responsibilities. Third interview will be physical with director, discuss more on myself, what company does. The director expected me to focus on other paths when i discussed a little bit about AI, database, devops, to relate with cloud, which create a bit of confusion when i applied for this position. Afterwards, my application got ignored for 3 months, despite some updates from HR on the company. At last, the company decided not to hire more people during the pandemic.
