Had a call with one of the headhunters for a Head of HR role for one of their clients. The interview seemed positive. The headhunter mentioned to me that she will get back to me the following week, but she went MIA after that despite numerous follow ups. Headhunters seem to do this quite a lot, being MIA, but this kind of disrespectful behaviour should not be tolerated as there was a said commitment to update the candidate regarding the outcome of the interview.
