The job title is misleading as it is actually marketing. I applied online and a few days later was approached by a recruiter on the phone. She immediately began to ask me screening questions. After this, we scheduled a zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting was fine and I passed. However, she began the interview by asking me to tell about myself from early childhood to the present. I found this irrelevant and unprofessional to tell about my childhood in a work interview. Thankfully, I could pass it by saying some very general things about where I grew up and moved on to my actual experience. Next, I had an interview with the head of the leader of the solar department, which I didn't pass. He asked me what things in my life I am proud of and to mention one weak element of my careacture and if I am good with numbers.
