Received an invitation to interview. Accepted and joined early virtual interview. Waited and waitied, nothing. The person called me an hour later to apologized and asked me if another time would be acceptable. I said of course, things happen. Interview went well. A few days later HR called me back for 2nd interview and told me it would be a 1pm. I wrote it down immediately. Again, online and only me....I emailed and called both to let them know I was waiting. The 2nd interviewer emailed me at 1:23pm to say she was in the meeting waiting for me but later said she had a 1:30pm time. Regardless, the meeting invite never had a time in it, I had no leverage and apologized if it was an overlook on my behalf and asked if we could reschedule. Never heard back. I gave it one more shot and left another message to both of these ladies and ignored me. Food for thought.... It was okay for me to give her another chance but when the tables were turned it was not rescinded. This was not professional and wanted to share my story with others coming aboard. Never had an experience quite like this. Best of luck and get that time locked down or you'll be outta luck.

The interview process went quite well. I was interviewed by two people. The interview process was very straight to the point. I was inquired about my relevant experience and skills. I would say the interview took about 20-30 minutes. I would've rated the process a 5 star, however I don't agree on the recruiting techniques. You will not get a notification if they decide to go with another candidate. They will simply ghost you. I followed up with the hiring manager a week after my interview and was told the hiring managers have not come to a decision yet. That was two months ago. Most companies at least send a rejection email, they didn't. To me, that shows a lack of consideration for job candidates who are waiting to hear back.
