There was a first screening call, the classic first approach chat . Then there was the practical exercise (not in person), to check the language proficiency on the specific language I applied for, in this case it was French. And then there was the final interview (in person).

Introductory call with recruiter at first. Once passed, you will be given a language test for English and your target language. Finally I had a Skype interview with HR representative and one of the TnS managers.
