Pleasant interview; Seemed very focused on an exact fit for work experience, but I think that makes sense with the state of the market. Their AAV screening technology is really cool.

phone and inperson video wasnt that pleasant and really didnt know how to follow phone interview with peron doing other stuff while interviewing.. new to this kind of stuff ...overall not very great but ok
