A phone interview before an home assignment. I didn't have a problem with that and they were very nice and communicative. The HR person wasn't accurate at all and I think that she didn't know the product well.

45 minutes for a conversation about the company and about yourself- why do you want to be a data analyst, why would you like to work in their company.
45 minutes for SQL questions.
